Damon has trained government personnel engaged in extensive overseas assignments. After a career in Policing as an Emergency Response Team Commander, he became a government contractor working to reestablish and train police internationally. Damon worked with Department of State Anti-Terrorism Assistance as the Security Advisor responsible for all aspects of Operations & Training of the Executive Presidential Service.
